Learning Japanese - Lesson 1

Today I started Lesson 1 of my Japanese language tutorial! Each day I'm going to share the notes that I took. By the end of my tutorial we should all be fluent in Japanese!

Basic Japanese Vocabulary

• Konnichiwa = Hello
• Onnanoko = Young Girl
• Otokonoko = Young Boy
• Juusu = Juice
• Ocha = Tea
• Mizu = Water
• Shinbun = Newspaper
• Hon = Book
• Onna no hito = Woman
• Otoko no hito = Man
• Otokonokotachi = Young Boys
• Onnanokotachi = Young Girls
• Otoko no hitotachi = Men
• Onna no hitotachi = Women
• Kare = He
• Kanoko = She
• Karera = They (men)
• Sayounara = Goodbye

What an exciting first day! I'm also learning the Katakana for the spelling, but I haven't figured out how to add the other language into the blog, but I'll work on that! For now, enjoy Lesson 1 of our Japanese Language lesson!
